By booking an appointment or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our Services.
1. The Services
We provide professional facial treatments, including but not limited to professional cleansing (SKIN RESET), AHA/BHA chemical peels, and relaxing facial massage. All treatments are performed by the specialist in accordance with applicable hygiene and health standards.
2. Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Website and book Services on your own behalf. If you are under 16, you need the permission of your parent or legal guardian. Treatments for minors require the presence and written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will co-sign the consent form on the minor’s behalf.
3. Booking and appointments
Appointments are booked online through our scheduling system (on Rituals page). When booking, you may be asked to provide the following information, if it is not collected automatically:

Skin diseases or conditions

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate based on your health declaration.
6. Treatment information, risks and aftercare
You have the right to be fully informed about your skin condition and the treatment to be performed, so that you can decide whether you wish to proceed. This information is intended to help you make an informed decision, not to alarm you.
Although AHA/BHA chemical peels have a very high level of efficacy and safety, they are not always free of adverse reactions. Erythema (redness) and skin peeling are normal reactions and, in rare cases, may persist for up to 7 days after the procedure. Irritation, itching, a burning sensation or pain similar to sunburn may also occur and may persist for up to 48 hours after treatment.
You understand that possible complications may include: the appearance of comedones, cold sores (herpes labialis), skin infections, and scarring, particularly on darker skin tones.
You agree to follow all aftercare recommendations, including:
Using a sunscreen with SPF 50 or higher and avoiding sun exposure for at least two weeks after a peel;
Not exposing yourself to the sun before or after treatment without consulting the specialist;
Not initiating any local treatments other than those discussed with the specialist;
Not applying any “natural” creams or performing extractions of comedones and pustules at home.
7. Results and no guarantees
The treatment is elective. We do not provide any guarantee or assurance regarding the final result. Treatment is a long-term process, and results are maintained through a combination of at-home care and in-studio dermato-cosmetic care adapted to your needs. Most clients require a variable number of sessions over several months, with gradual improvement of clinical symptoms.
8. Prices and payment
Payment for services can be made either in full online, via a Stripe payment link, or at the studio on the day of the appointment. For bookings that require a deposit, according to the policy above, it must be paid online via Stripe at the time of appointment confirmation. The remaining balance can be paid online or at the studio, depending on the client’s preference.
9. Cancellation and rescheduling
For bookings made by new clients, the payment of a deposit is required to confirm the appointment. This amount will be fully deducted from the final cost of the treatment at the time of payment. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be carried forward once, for a single rescheduling. Subsequent requests to modify the appointment will no longer benefit from the transfer of the initial deposit.
9.1 Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
Confirming, canceling, or rescheduling an appointment can be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, directly from the booking system. For rescheduling requested outside of this timeframe, please contact us at contact@alexandratatar.com, indicating a new available date and time, so that the appointment can be added manually.
10. Photography and media
With your separate, explicit consent, photographs or video recordings may be taken and used for advertising purposes on the business’s presentation websites and social media, including the distribution and broadcast of such images, without any further approval from you or payment to you. This consent is optional and is not a condition for receiving treatment. You may decline or withdraw it at any time.
11. Liability
By accepting a facial treatment or facial massage, you accept the treatment performed by the specialist and agree not to hold the specialist responsible for the possible allergic or post-treatment reactions and redness that have been explained to you in advance, provided the treatment is carried out in accordance with applicable hygiene and health standards. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
12. Data protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / Regulation 679/2016) and all other relevant data protection legislation. Details of what data we process, why, and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
